Kickboxing
Pro-Style Kickboxing teaches a North American Style of Kickboxing . The classes focus on proper technique, physical fitness, kickboxing combinations and bag work. A major focal point of our
program is physical fitness and building total body strength. Classes increase confidence, attitude and co-ordination.
Pro-Style Kickboxing certified instructors motivate students through invigorating workouts that increase student's cardiovascular levels and muscle tone. Kickboxing Classes are 45 minutes in length.
Pro-Style Kickboxing in Kanata teaches control, self-defence and builds confidence. We have implemented a color belt system to our kickboxing program which takes the students through basic kicking and punching techniques all the way through to a competitive level.

For those wishing to compete at some point, competitions are held on a regular basis locally and out of province. Competitions are optional for the students. We have had kickboxing students from Kanata compete at the World level in the WKA world championships.
An excellent complement to Kickboxing classes are the Cardio Kickboxing classes that are offered at Pro-Style Karate and Kickboxing Kanata. The cardio program is part of the kickboxing membership, where you may attend unlimited classes as a bonus!
