Pro-Style, the most complete Martial Arts &Fitness Center in greater Ottawa , was the first karate school to locate in Kanata & was founded by Master John Laroda in 1994. Pro-Style Martial Arts focuses on fitness and fun, promoting health and well being for all of its members.
The academy boasts the most flexible schedules with classes starting weekly at all levels. All of Pro-Style's instructors are professionally trained, passion driven and concern themselves with your progress. Pro-Style's modern facilities feature an exquisite reception area, a stretch / practice room, large size change rooms ~ fully equipped with showers and lockers, two very spacious classrooms and the latest equipment.
