For those that are interested in competition, Pro-Style has our competitive dragon team. Members from Pro-Style compete everywhere from local tournaments to international championships. We are home to more than a few world champions in Karate, Kickboxing and Kata. This previous year, over ten karate and kickboxing students ventured from Ottawa down to Niagara Falls this year for the world karate and kickboxing championships. Pro-Style karate and kickboxing Ottawa is proud to be home of beginner and world class competitors.
